Andrew Siske
Associate
Andrew joined WVFK&N in 2024, a continuation of a career dedicated to advocating for and improving the lives of children with disabilities and their families. During law school, Andrew interned for organizations—such as Kennedy Krieger’s Project HEAL and the ARC of Maryland—that advocate for individuals with disabilities in Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings and during legislative sessions. There, he was exposed to some of the systemic and financial challenges parents face in giving their child the support they need and deserve. Upon graduating law school, Andrew took this experience and began working in federal health insurance policy and regulation, giving him an insight into the legal complexities of the U.S. healthcare system. Now, at WVFK&N, he continues to use his experience and legal expertise as an attorney, getting justice for victims of birth injuries and medical malpractice.
Practice Areas:
- Medical Malpractice

Why did Andrew join the WVFK&N team?
“I spent 5 years working in healthcare reform, and I saw first-hand how shortcomings and failures in healthcare systems can dramatically impact families. Because of this, I am driven to fight for families harmed by medical negligence and wronged by big insurance companies.”
